Gilou, il indique dans son profil qu'il est d'Iran. Il cherche à confirmer l'espèce. Pour moi, c'est aestivum. Il serait intéressant que nos chercheurs récupèrent une de ces truffes pour les génotyper.

Don't know anything about the actual price. May be under 50 euros per kilogramme ?

For genotype, it's just interesting for science. Some scientists are studying Tuber aestivum. They should be interested learning there are such truffles in Iran and studying their DNA. That's all.

i f we found tuber aestivum in a area is it possible the tuber uncinatum in autumn and tuber melanosporum in winter can found too?

For tuber melanosporum, it depends on winter temperatures. If they are low under zero during late autumn and winter, it will be difficult for it to survive.

what about autumn truffle? is it possible?
if we found tuber aestivum under one tree so we may found autumn and winter truffle under it or they are different kind and will found in other places?

Summer and autumn truffes are the same specie so you can find them under the same tree. Usely, autumn truffes prefer shadow, deep woods.

You can find winter truffles in the same open places than summer truffles but not under the same tree.

If one day you find a winter black perigord truffle, tell it to us.
